Economic Data Calls for January 7, 2020

Here’s what we are looking for in tomorrow’s economic reports (January 7, 2020) — Good Luck Trading!

1. EZ Retail Sales & CPI (05:00 ET) No Trade — Weaker FR spending but German data released after EZ. CPI should be stronger given rise in Germany

2. CAD Trade Balance (08:30 ET) No Trade — IVEY released on same day as trade

3. US ISM Non-Manufacturing and Trade Balance (8:30 & 10:00 ET) Bearish USD --Significantly weaker ISM manufacturing

4. CAD IVEY PMI (10:00 ET) Bearish CAD --Sharp drop in mfg sales. BoC cautiousness
